Reading Your Loyalty Analytics Dashboard
A short guide to the numbers on your StampEzee dashboard and what to do about them.
Reading Your Loyalty Analytics Dashboard

Your StampEzee dashboard collects everything happening across your loyalty program into one screen: members, visits, stamps, redemptions and campaign results. The challenge is not access to data, it's knowing which numbers deserve your attention each week. This guide walks through the dashboard section by section, explains what healthy numbers look like, and gives you simple next steps to take when a metric starts moving in the wrong direction.

Start With Members and Visits

Every dashboard session should start with the same two numbers: how many members you have, and how many visits they logged this week. Member count tells you whether new customers are joining - through QR scans at the counter, invite links shared by regulars, or a Refer & Earn campaign. Visits tell you whether the people who already joined are actually coming back and using their card.

Look at both numbers together rather than in isolation. A branch that is gaining members but not gaining visits usually has a sign-up flow that works but a card design or reward that isn't motivating enough to bring people back. A branch with steady visits but flat member growth may simply need more visible promotion of the QR code and invite link at the point of sale.

Stamps, Points and Redemptions: Are Rewards Being Claimed?

Stamps and points issued show how active your Loyalty Executives are at the counter, but the number that really tells you if the program is working is redemptions. If customers are collecting stamps but rarely reaching a reward, or reaching a reward and never claiming it, something in the card design needs a second look.

  • Stamps or points issued far outpacing redemptions can mean the reward threshold is set too high.
  • A big gap between "reward earned" and "reward redeemed" can mean customers forgot, or the redemption step at the counter is confusing for staff.
  • Steady, proportional redemption numbers are a good sign the reward feels reachable and worth coming back for.

If redemptions stall, it is often quicker to adjust the stamp threshold or reward than to run another campaign.

Repeat-Visit Rate: The Number That Matters Most

Repeat-visit rate measures the share of members who return for a second, third or later visit rather than joining once and disappearing. It is the clearest single signal of whether your loyalty program is changing customer behaviour, because new-member and total-visit counts can look healthy even while most customers only ever visit once.

Watch this number over weeks, not days, since a single quiet day can swing it. A gradual decline is worth investigating before it becomes a trend: check whether a popular reward was removed, whether staff are still consistently scanning customers, or whether a competitor nearby has launched a promotion. A rising repeat-visit rate after a campaign is the best evidence that campaign was worth repeating.

Campaign Performance: Which Messages Are Working?

Every campaign you send - birthday and anniversary, lapsed-customer win-back, Refer & Earn, Scratch & Win, proximity notifications or a manual push - reports its own delivery, open and redemption numbers on the dashboard. Comparing these side by side shows which campaign types and which channels (push, email, SMS, WhatsApp) actually bring customers back through the door, rather than just being opened and ignored.

Give a new campaign a few sends before judging it, since results can vary by season and audience size. If a campaign type consistently underperforms, try changing the offer or the channel before dropping it altogether; if one consistently outperforms the rest, consider running it more often or copying its offer structure into other campaigns.

Comparing Branches Without Playing Favorites

For multi-branch retailers, per-branch reports let you compare members, visits, redemptions and repeat-visit rate location by location. The goal isn't to rank branches for their own sake, but to spot patterns: a branch with strong sign-ups but weak repeat visits may need staff retraining on how they present the card, while a branch that excels at redemptions might have a reward mix worth copying elsewhere.

Review branch reports monthly rather than daily, since smaller locations naturally see more day-to-day swings in their numbers. When you do find a branch that is consistently underperforming on repeat-visit rate, a targeted win-back campaign for that branch's lapsed members is usually a faster fix than changing the whole program.
