In this scenario, Maplecrest Fold & Press opened its first counter in a Port Credit strip plaza, offering same-day wash-and-fold, dry cleaning and alterations. It later added locations in Erin Mills and in Springdale in Brampton, plus a pickup-and-delivery service for busy households and GO Train commuters.
Customers range from families dropping off a weekly bag of laundry to professionals who need shirts pressed for the week, and people bringing in formalwear before weddings and festival season. In spring, the counters fill up with winter parkas, salt-stained coats and duvets.
Owner Harpreet Sandhu wants regulars to keep choosing Maplecrest over the laundromat or dry cleaner closest to their door. That means rewarding the weekly wash-and-fold customer as well as the occasional dry cleaning visit, and making the program work the same way at all three counters.
She also wants to know which location is building repeat business, and to reach customers who have opted in to messages before the busy seasons instead of waiting for them to walk in.

In this example, Maplecrest starts with paper punch cards handed out at the counter, and they create more work than loyalty:
One loyalty card for every drop-off, at every counter
Maplecrest creates a StampEzee stamp card where every drop-off earns a stamp: ten stamps unlock a free wash-and-fold bag, with a free shirt press at stamp five as a tiered reward. Customers join by scanning the QR code at the counter and add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, where it updates live after every visit. Counter staff work as Loyalty Executives and scan the customer's QR code at drop-off, and a cap of one stamp per visit keeps things simple when someone brings in several bags at once.
For the after-hours drop-off lockers and the pickup-and-delivery service, staff attach a printed one-time Ezee Code to the order ticket. Customers enter it in the StampEzee app to collect their stamp, so orders that never cross the counter still count toward the next reward.
Each April, Harpreet sends members who have agreed to receive messages a push notification, email or WhatsApp message about cleaning winter coats and duvets before putting them away, and in late summer a reminder ahead of wedding and festival season. A lapsed-customer campaign automatically reaches regulars who have not dropped anything off in several weeks, while birthday rewards and a Refer & Earn campaign for neighbours and co-workers add a personal touch.
The analytics dashboard shows members, visits, stamps issued, redemptions and repeat-visit rate for Port Credit, Erin Mills and Springdale side by side. In this example, Harpreet could see that the Brampton counter has many new members but fewer return visits, and send those members a targeted push notification inviting them back.

"Laundry is a habit. If the card is on someone's phone and the reminder arrives before their closet is empty, I think they will keep bringing it to us instead of the place next door."

Bluestem Auto & Tire

A three-location oil change and tire shop uses stamp cards, point cards, wallet passes and seasonal reminders to turn spring and fall tire swaps into year-round visits.
Illustrative example: How an Edmonton auto shop could bring drivers back every tire season with digital stamp cards
In this example, Bluestem Auto & Tire, a fictional oil change and tire shop with three locations in Edmonton, Alberta, replaces paper punch cards with StampEzee. A stamp card for oil changes and tire swaps, a point card for larger repairs, and reminders sent before each tire season could help the owner see a repeat-visit rate of around 39% and about 2,100 engaged members in the first year. This is an illustrative scenario created to show how StampEzee works; it is not a real customer story.

A three-location grooming studio in Greater Victoria, BC, replaces paper punch cards with StampEzee stamp cards, wallet passes and friendly reminder campaigns.
Illustrative example: How a Victoria pet grooming studio could keep pet parents on a regular grooming schedule with digital stamp cards
In this scenario, Cedar & Suds Pet Grooming moves its loyalty program from paper punch cards to StampEzee across three Greater Victoria locations. In this example, the owner could see about 1,500 pet parents join and a repeat-visit rate of around 52% on the analytics dashboard, with every stamp tracked in one place. This is an illustrative scenario created to show how StampEzee works; it is not a real customer story.
