Cedar & Suds Pet Grooming is a fictional business created for this example. Founder Jenna Kowalchuk opened the first studio in Fairfield with two grooming tables and a self-serve dog wash, then added locations in Saanich and Langford as word spread among Greater Victoria's many dog owners.
All three studios offer full grooms, bath-and-tidy appointments, nail trims and de-shedding treatments, with a calm, appointment-based approach for anxious dogs and cats.
Jenna wants pet parents to book grooming on a regular schedule, every six to eight weeks, rather than only when a coat gets muddy after a rainy West Coast winter. She also wants one loyalty program that recognises customers at all three studios and shows which regulars have quietly stopped booking.

In this scenario, each studio uses its own paper punch card, stamped by hand at a front desk that is often busy with a wet dog on one leash and a nervous cat in a carrier.
One loyalty program built for a busy grooming floor
Cedar & Suds designs a StampEzee stamp card for grooming appointments with tiered rewards: a free nail trim at stamp 3 and a free bath-and-tidy when the 6-stamp card is complete. Pet parents join by scanning a QR code at the desk and add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, where it updates automatically after every appointment.
A separate stamp card covers the self-serve dog wash, so quick weekend washes after a muddy beach walk are rewarded too.
Front-desk staff, set up as Loyalty Executives, scan the customer's QR code in seconds at pickup. On busy Saturdays, pet parents can enter a printed Ezee Code in the app to collect their stamp without waiting at the desk. Jenna caps stamps at one per visit so the rewards stay meaningful.
A lapsed-customer campaign reaches pet parents who haven't booked in about ten weeks with a friendly reminder and a bonus stamp, and birthday and anniversary campaigns send a small reward on special occasions. Messages go out by push notification, email or SMS to customers who have agreed to receive them. A Refer & Earn program rewards customers who bring along a friend from the dog park.
Jenna uses the StampEzee analytics dashboard to compare visits, stamps issued, redemptions and repeat-visit rate across Fairfield, Saanich and Langford. In this example, she could see that about half of pet parents come back for another appointment, and plan groomer schedules around the busy spring shedding season.

"Pet parents lose paper punch cards all the time, usually in a wet coat pocket. I want every stamp on their phone and one place where I can see which regulars we haven't seen in a while."

A three-location wash-and-fold and dry cleaning business replaces paper punch cards with tiered stamp cards, wallet passes and Ezee Codes for after-hours drop-offs.
Illustrative example: How a Mississauga and Brampton dry cleaner could keep wash-and-fold regulars coming back with wallet stamp cards
In this example, Maplecrest Fold & Press, a fictional wash-and-fold and dry cleaning business with two locations in Mississauga and one in Brampton, Ontario, moves its loyalty program to StampEzee. Stamp cards in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, Ezee Codes for drop-off lockers and pickup-and-delivery orders, and seasonal campaigns could help the owner see a repeat-visit rate of around 41% and about 2,700 engaged members in the first year. This is an illustrative scenario created to show how StampEzee works; it is not a real customer story.

Bluestem Auto & Tire

A three-location oil change and tire shop uses stamp cards, point cards, wallet passes and seasonal reminders to turn spring and fall tire swaps into year-round visits.
Illustrative example: How an Edmonton auto shop could bring drivers back every tire season with digital stamp cards
In this example, Bluestem Auto & Tire, a fictional oil change and tire shop with three locations in Edmonton, Alberta, replaces paper punch cards with StampEzee. A stamp card for oil changes and tire swaps, a point card for larger repairs, and reminders sent before each tire season could help the owner see a repeat-visit rate of around 39% and about 2,100 engaged members in the first year. This is an illustrative scenario created to show how StampEzee works; it is not a real customer story.
